Return Policy
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If an item does not measure up to your expectations you may return or exchange it within 30 days. Please call our toll free number for details.
       In order to keep our prices low for our customers we are forced to charge a 25% restocking fee. This excludes electrical and woodworking.

Electrical
       We cannot accept electrical products for refund once a package has been opened. If returned unopened there is a 25% restocking fee.

Hand-Crafted and Custom made Wood Products
       There will be a 50% restocking fee for all orders cancelled after three working days. After the third day, material for your project has already been allocated and the project has begun, hence the high restocking fee.

       Any items found to be defective due to workmanship or material may be returned for a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

       All items shipped are insured. Insurance is handled by the customer through the carrier. Contact us and we will assist with tracking or shipping information.

Shipping Policy
       We offer Free Shipping in the continental USA at Puddle and Pond on most items! Products requiring a freight or shipping charge are designated on their individual products page.

Damage in Transit
       It is the customers responsibility to initiate a claim with the shipper. Upon receipt of goods, customer must inspect for damage. When signing for receipt of goods, customer should add phrase "not for hidden charges" to the receipt.

All orders are subject to a non-refundable, one time per order handling fee of $8.50 US funds.
